Lisa Edelstein, an American actress who is best recognized for her role in House, a Fox medical drama. Growing up in Wayne in conservative Jewish customs, she emigrated into New York City at the age of eighteen to study theater at Tisch School of Arts. But very soon she began to be involved in the city's club scene, making enough splashes to get noticed by the press, concurrently, becoming aware of the devastation of AIDS. Then, she used her experiences and her fame in order to create and write an musical entitled Positive Me, and she also starred. Then, she was hired by MTV to present Awake on the Wild Side.
