Harry Edward Styles, known as Harry Styles in the world of pop music. in the world of music as Harry Styles, is a British musician and singer known as one of the members of the group One Direction. His parents are Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles was born on the 1st of February, 1994, in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school where along with three fellow students, he formed his own group of musicians, called White Eskimo. The band's outstanding performances enabled them to win their first Battle of Bands 2009. The musician always had an interest in music. However, he would like to work as the next lawyer or physical therapy. He worked in a local bakery part-time to help his family financially. Harry Styles was selected for The X Factor 2010 audition during which he performed the Stevie Wonder's track Is not She Lovely. This is why his band broke up. Nicole Scherzinger told Harry Styles, Liam Payne Zayn Milik Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson that they'd form a group named One Direction after the X The X. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group, and they founded in the year 2010. The group performed hits like My Life Would Suffer Without You from Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. They were one of the potential winners for the award. They were however 3rd place, behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles' group didn't win, but Cowell still paid two million dollars to One Direction for them to sign a deal with Syco.
